Registration Deadline

Registrations must be received by Sunday, December 3, 2017, at 11:59 pm CT to receive the Early Bird registration rate. Online registration at the Late Rate will be available up to and during the meeting. Onsite registration will also be available during the hours listed below.

Membership

If you are not currently a member and wish to join to receive the discounted registration rate, please go to the American Cochlear Implant Alliance website at www.acialliance.org and click on the Join Us tab. Professionals who are members either through their Organization or as an Individual Professional Member may receive the discount. Up to 10 individuals from each Member Organization will receive the discounted registration rate. Please note that Consumer Members are not eligible for the discounted registration.

Confirmations

Formal confirmations will be sent to all attendees within 10 business days of receipt.

Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Substitution: Substitution of one individual to another is not permitted.

Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received on or before Monday, January 29, 2018. There is a $50 handling fee for all refunds and returned checks. Cancellations and registrations postmarked after the deadline date will not be eligible for refunds.
